Omnia 2, a company that emerged from the defunct Fivent SA, has employees with more than 35 years of experience in the sector of bathroom screens, mosquito nets and blinds, their knowledge of plastic and glass products being essential.

For plastic products, apart from injection parts, Omnia 2 has specialized in the import of sheet plastic for manufacturers of skylights and protective screens, among others.
Most of the glass and crystal products are imported from the Asian market, offering customers high quality products and technology at very affordable prices.

Omnia 2’s float glass is imported from the Asian market and manufactured using the float method, which consists of floating the glass above a layer of tin. This system allows to obtain pieces with a very good planimetry that is verified by the Omnia 2 inspectors in the factory. The packaging is based on the client’s requirements, assuming its required reinforcement to avoid damage during transport.

Laminated glass

Omnia 2 laminated glass is imported from the Asian market and consists of joining several glass sheets using PVB, obtaining safety glass. Omnia 2 offers laminated glass capable of obstructing the passage of ultraviolet light and isolating acoustically. The packaging is based on the client’s requirements, assuming its required reinforcement to avoid damage during transport.

Special crystals

Due to its knowledge of the sector and experience, Omnia 2 is able to offer crystals with special characteristics in high demand in the American and European markets. Crystals such as clear glass, borosilicate glass, fire resistant glass, tempered, laminated or sandblasted U glass or horticultural glass for greenhouses.

Omnia 2 tempered glass is imported from the Asian market and is manufactured by chemical or thermal tempering. Tempered glass offers better resistance against impact, making it ideal for the automotive, bathroom shower or construction industries. Omnia 2 air chamber glass is imported from the Asian market and consists of two sheets of non-direct contact glass placed in parallel. The air chamber is enriched with desiccant material to avoid humidity and the glass sheets can be separated by means of a perforated aluminum profile or a separating insulating resin. The packaging is based on the client’s requirements, assuming its required reinforcement to avoid damage during transport.

Cellular Polycarbonate

Omnia 2 works with polycarbonate with UV protection in both solid and cellular sheets. Cellular polycarbonate is usually processed with dimensions of 2100 x 5800 mm and with a two, three, four chamber or cellular structure. Omnia 2 always offers the possibility of customizing the products to its customers by choosing the desired structure, thickness and dimensions to measure.

Packaging

The plates are distributed on wooden pallets made to measure and with phytosanitary treatment. A maximum of 1500 Kg per pallet is always considered and the plates are protected with plastic film on both sides.

Extruded PVC

Omnia 2 works the extrusion of PVC profiles together with trusted suppliers that are leaders in the Asian market, allowing its clients to obtain products of excellent quality and high technology at very affordable prices. Extrusion in Asia allows savings in dies of up to 70% compared to the European cost.

The packaging is always personalized following the guidelines of our clients. We protect our profiles with plastic film, plastic bags and cardboard boxes on pallets.

Production

Production times are about 25 days for a full container, after checking the color and verifying the dimensions of the profile with the new matrix. Opening a new matrix usually takes about 20 days.

Apart from the profiles and the plastic sheet, Omnia 2 also offers its customers the possibility of manufacturing injection parts in Asia of excellent quality and very affordable prices. We work together with our clients to obtain the required pieces with the respective finish and color.

Methacrylate

Omnia 2 works with transparent, translucent or colored methacrylate sheets with the leading supplier in the Asian market. We normally work in cast methacrylate, due to the high mechanical and physical properties it offers, with thicknesses from 2 to 8 mm.

Omnia 2 offers its customers the possibility of customizing the dimensions and color of the sheets, as well as the possibility of cutting unusable edges from casting.
